Grief Check-In

People just don’t understand why “you aren’t over it.” After a while, it feels awkward to bring “their” name up or share a story that makes you laugh.  There are so many “triggers” that make you wonder why you are still grieving.  Remember, grief does not have a deadline.  Join us for a grief check-in - a safe place to share where you are on your journey.  This is a one-time event, and based on the reception, it may turn into a regular grief group.
