As you embark on this journey of starting over, let go of any preconceived notions or judgments about the past. Allow yourself the grace to begin anew, like a blank canvas ready to be painted with your chosen colors.

Inhale deeply again, feeling the breath expand your chest, and exhale, letting go of any lingering doubts or fears. As you breathe, visualize a soft, golden light surrounding you. This light represents the infinite possibilities that come with starting afresh.

Now, bring your attention to the present moment. Feel the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out. Each inhale brings a sense of renewal, and each exhale releases the weight of what was. You are, at this moment, fully present and open to your infinite potential.

In your mind's eye, imagine a beautiful sunrise—the dawn of a new day. As the sun rises, it bathes everything in its warm glow, symbolizing the opportunity for a fresh beginning. Feel the warmth on your skin and the light permeating every cell of your being.

With each breath, affirm yourself, "I am ready to start over. I release the past and embrace the endless possibilities of the present moment." Allow this affirmation to resonate within you, empowering you to relinquish any attachments to what has come before.

As you continue to breathe, bring your attention to your heart center. Envision a tiny seed planted within your heart, representing the potential for growth and transformation. With each breath, visualize this seed expanding, sending roots deep into the soil of your intentions.

Now, take a moment to reflect on what you want to create in this new beginning. What dreams and aspirations lie within you, waiting to be nurtured and brought to life? Allow these visions to unfold in your mind like a beautiful tapestry of possibilities.
