Valentine’s Day can be the worst for many people who are grieving. I wanted to write you a short note of encouragement to say that I stand with you. Be gentle with yourself today. Here are a few things I recommend doing to remember your loved one.
Look at some old photo albums that remind you of your loved one when they were vibrant and healthy.
Listen to an old voicemail or recording to remember their voice
Bake a dessert or make their favorite meal to remember them.
Make sure you tell a story/memory about them and intentionally use their name.
